Step It Up

Chad Hall, the owner of Alligator Performance, saw a picture of Hayward's wife trying to get into his truck and posted that he needed some AMP Research steps, which Shane's wife Deirdre agreed.

"My wife liked the idea and I had been wanting to buy something from Vinny anyways so I called and ordered a set of AMP Research Power Steps with the Light Kit and a 2-inch Extension Kit for lifted trucks," says Hayward. "Vinny got me a great deal and had it all to my door in about three days."

Hayward had to modify the kit to get it to fit because the BDS long arm brackets were where the motor was supposed to sit, but it was nothing some drilling and relocating couldn't fix.
