"I drove the truck home and for the most part I thought my build was complete, but little did I know that this was just the beginning," laughs Hayward. I spent a lot of time on the Cummins forum researching parts, upgrades, tips and tricks looking to see what my next move should be. I had the mod bug and I had it bad!"

Hayward hooked up with H&S again and this time it was for its Overdrive Transmission Tuning to help put the power to the ground a little better and fix the early shifting issue that the trucks seem to have from the factory. He added the H&S Navigation/Video-In-Motion Unlock and installed an XBOX 360 at his son's request so he could be playing in the truck no matter where he was sitting.

"I was one of the first people to get and install the new 2012 S&B Cold Air Intake Kit that I had pre-ordered a week or so prior," says Hayward. "I met a guy named Vinny Hines at Alligator Diesel Performance on the forums and we really hit it off. He taught me and educated me a ton about all the potential of the 6.7L Cummins."
