7. Measure from the bottom of the inside of the fuel tank to the tank module sealing surface. Measure for the proper suction tube length; suction tube must be ¼-inch to ½-inch from the bottom of the tank module.
8. Cut the suction tube to length and install it onto the bulkhead fitting with a supplied hose clamp. Install the two Viton fuel lines on the two open barbs. Secure the fuel lines and wiring together with zip ties.
9. Reinstall the fuel tank module into the fuel tank. Install 5/8-inch fuel line onto the bulkhead fittings. Install ½-inch fuel line onto the quick connect with a supplied hose clamp. Reinstall the fuel tank back into the truck.
10. Mount the Nissan Titan frame bracket utilizing the OEM lift pump hardware. With the rubber sound isolator in place, mount the FASS bracket to the Nissan Titan frame bracket.
11. Using the supplied hardware, mount the FASS System to the FASS bracket. Install the fuel filter and Extreme Water Separator onto the FASS System. Be sure to lubricate filter gaskets prior to installation.
12. Connect the 5/8-inch suction line to the "T" port on the FASS system. Connect the ½-inch fuel line to the "R" port on the FASS system. Be sure to trim the fuel line as necessary. Using the supplied fuel line adapter fitting, connect the FASS "E" port to the OEM fuel pressure line.
13. Using the supplied zip ties, secure all wiring and fuel lines away from moving objects that can cause abrasion. Reinstall lift pump debris shield. Now that the installation is complete, you can prime the FASS system and check for leaks. Once you have confirmed that there are no leaks and you have adequate fuel pressure, you can start the truck and once again check for leaks.
