Merchant Automotive has launched their new line of Maximum Transmission kits. Merchant has a long history of working with the GM Duramax platform and the Allison transmission and this new line of transmissions features components specifically selected based on that experience.
Merchant has two series lined up, the Work Series and the Pro Series. The Work Series is designed to optimize the Allison’s potential, even with additional power. The smoothness of the stock transmission is maintained while increasing holding capacity. While the kit includes everything you need to upgrade the transmission, it also has the necessary components to completely rebuild it as well. The Pro Series takes the Work series to the next level by increasing capacity with additional clutch apply area, heavy-duty friction material, and additional hydraulic pressure to ensure maximum holding capacity.

Sits Still, Looks Pretty
The cooling system in your Ford truck can sometimes get jostled around under the hood with all the heavy-duty tasks you put on it daily. Overfl-hose
The Lower Overflow Hose from Mishimoto is a five-layer silicone construction direct-fit hose for 2005-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. It’s made from high-grade 4-ply silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers to withstand high temperature and pressures. It replaces the weak plastic Y fitting on the factory hose with a CNC metal fitting. It is available in black, blue, or red, and is backed by a Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
