This truck started as an ambulance bought at county auction. I use the truck for daily driving and pulling a landscaping trailer and dump trailer. I’ve had the truck for 10 years and added a 12-valve swap, number 10 fuel plate and a 4-inch exhaust changed from an automatic to a Ford ZF6. In the future, I’d like to add injectors and a turbo and convert the truck to four wheel drive.
