When I started out with my 2005 Ford F250 I just wanted to build a good daily driver on a limited budget that would still be dependable. I’m known as a guy who has limited resources but big ideas, and I decided to do a 12-valve Cummins swap to it.

I loved the Cummins engine in my old ‘94 Dodge truck, but the body rusted out. So I decided to add it to my Super Duty for a match made in heaven. Besides the swap, I’m going to add 4-inch chrome stacks to it as well a free-flowing intake. From there the sky is the limit on my daily driver that I also use for farm work.

I’m just getting started with my 2011 GMC Sierra 3500 SLT LML Duramax crew cab that is also known as Maximus. Modifications so far include an EFILive tune by Idaho Rob, Edge CTS gauges and a custom stereo system with Boston SPZ door speakers with 500-watt amp, two 12-inch Pioneer ib flats under rear seat with a 1500 watt amp. I also added a BMW gooseneck hitch, Firestone airbags on the rear for towing that include an onboard compressor, plus 6k HIDs headlights and fog lights.
I'm 17 and this is my second diesel. I had a 1991 first generation Cummins, but my LML has a lot more power. I use Maximus for towing my 43-foot Exiss Living Quarters horse trailer loaded with four horses every week, plus to the sand drags once a month.

My 2006 Dodge 3500 Mega Cab with a 5.9L Cummins engine has just over 155,000 miles on it and gets around 20 to 23 mpg. I have 22x12s XD Bombs wheels on 35x12.50x22 Toyo MTs tires with a 2.5 Rough Country leveling kit. I've had the truck for about 8 months now after buying it completely stock and at Scheid Diesel Extravaganza last year it made 455hp and 900 ft/lbs. of torque on a non-loaded dyno. It’s a work in process but other exterior modifications that I’ve made to it include Spec D black headlights and taillights, black mesh grill, color-matched grill shell, Rhino liner, bumpers and mirrors.
Under the hood I’ve added a Stage 2 aFe intake, rebuilt the transmission, added an H&S XRT Pro programmer, plus a 5-inch Flo Pro turbo back exhaust with an 8-inch tip. And to top it off I put a Pioneer Double Din Hertz 12s in ported box behind seat.
