The rear cylinders of a Cummins engine suffer from a lack of coolant flow, which results in high coolant temperatures and excessive pressures. This kit is designed with a secondary thermostat that, unlike other brands, works based on temperature instead of pressure, solving the problem before pressure becomes an issue and ensuring consistent temperatures across all six cylinders.
