AGRICOVER LORADO ROLL-UP COVER
With the new hood and paint scheme on the truck, we needed to do something to cover up the unsightly used and abused bed. While we entertained the idea of a spray-on bed liner, the thought of a nice tonneau cover seemed like a better fit. Being based out of Idaho, we see pretty long, tough winters and some protection from the elements for whatever we haul in the truck bed would be nice.
Agri-Cover (ACI), a truck accessory manufacturer in North Dakota and maker of the Access Roll-Up Cover, the No. 1 selling roll-up tonneau cover in North America, offered to provide us with a cover for our project truck. We decided on ACI's Lorado Roll-Up Cover, a sleek and lower profile version of its Access Cover.
A quick read of the instructions and we had it installed on the truck in less than 30 minutes with basic hand tools. The Lorado Cover is constructed of high quality fabric and features low-profile side rails and high quality components that secure the cover to the truck bed. ACI has engineered a nice auto-locking rear latch that holds the cover locked down tight when closed. We were also pretty pleased when we found out the cover is backed with a premium lifetime warranty.
ACI has a great track record and we knew we'd get a product that would fit right and last forever. The Lorado Roll-Up Cover really finished off the paint scheme and look of the truck. ACI also claims that we could see an increase in fuel mileage of up to 10 percent as well with this cover installed.
