2005 Chevy Duramax

I have a 2005 Chevy Duramax with the LLY. (The Duramax LLY phased out the LB7 during the 2004 model year and continued production until 2006. It was designed to meet strick emissions requirements while keeping the engine competitive in the market. It was the first Duramx to use exhaust gas recirculation and a variable vane turbocharger.)

I’ve had the truck for two years now and I put all the extra money I have into it, including: EFI Live tuning from adrenaline performance in Shelley, ID, a five-inch diamond eye exhaust, a Fass 150 Titanium Fuel Pump, a three-inch MBRP down pipe, EGR Delete, Raceline Wheels and 305/50/20 Nitto 420’s, and a S&B intake.

It’s my first diesel and I bought it right out of high school. It was completely stock when I bought it. I love working on trucks and watching it transform is the coolest thing to me.
