Dynomite Diesel is now providing custom honing service for Ram or Jeep Ecodiesel injectors that give you better throttle response, quicker spool-up, and more fuel delivery. Sizing options range from 10% over to 60% over stock. According to Dynomite, “It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate modifications to take advantage of the additional fuel these modified injectors will be able to deliver while still maintaining the ECM’s desired rail pressures.”
To have this service performed, you need to remove your complete injectors and send them to Dynomite, at which point they will be tested to ensure there aren’t any issues. After that, the nozzles will be modified, reinstalled, tested, and balanced. A full set of new copper sealing washers is included with the service.
