Over the course of his 18 month build, Hoover and his father spent most of their free time bringing the C20 back from the pages of history.

“We started to completely restore the truck from the ground up,” says Hoover. “We had to get rid of the engine and transmission, which we originally intended to replace with an old Cummins. But after searching and coming up empty handed, we came across an LB7 Duramax and Allison transmission and knew we found the perfect match.”
