Turbocharger And Turbo Down-Pipe

Published in the June 2013 Issue June 2013 Products

BladeRunner Turbocharger and Turbo Down-PipeaFe Power releases a BladeRunner Turbocharger and Turbo Down-Pipe for the 1994-02 Dodge RAM 2500/3500 L6-5.9L (td) Cummins (Turbocharger P/N 46-60062; Down-Pipe P/N 46-60066).

This all-new aFe BladeRunner turbocharger supports up to 600HP while reducing Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT). The ported shroud design of the A356 aluminum housing utilizes a 4.0” inlet and OE v-band outlet. The compressor wheel measures 84mm (64 trim). The CNC machined wastegate actuator is mounted to the integrated cast bracket.

The internally wastegate, high silicon ductile iron housing has an A/R of 0.84. The high-flow turbine outlet helps to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). The larger than OE turbine wheel measures 74mm (75 trim). The wastegate comes preset to 40 psi. The included ductile iron exhaust elbow allows this turbo to be installed on 1994-2002 model trucks. All connections to the vehicle are compatible with the OE geometry, resulting in a quick and reliable connection. Additional fueling is not required for improved performance over OE, but maximum gains are achieved from fuel system upgrades, either electronic or mechanical.

NOTE: This is a “Race Only” product used solely for competition. Its use is limited to closed-course and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use including recreational off-road use could be in violation of local, state and federal laws.

P/N 46-60062 retails for $1416.45; P/N 46-60066 retails for $156.45 and both are available in stores now.
