To round out the grille upgrade we decided to get brighter headlights. We figured if the new Royalty Core grille didn't catch some attention, adding HID headlights might. One of the most underrated safety features on your truck is the headlights. As incandescent gave way to halo-gen, halogen is now giving way to HID, and Pacific Performance Engineering makes that transition easy with its new HID Headlight kit.
Producing up to 3,200 lumens, PPE's HID Headlight kit makes your truck's headlights three times brighter than the stock halogens, all the while lasting up to 4000 hours, or 10 times longer, than a standard halogen light.
Along with the headlight install we also added a set of YellowTop deep cycle batteries from OPTIMA. Our current batteries were doing okay, but we knew we could use a little extra juice.
