ATS now has a complete bolt-on turbo kit for the 1999.5-2003 7.3L. The Aurora Turbo System will be available for these years of Power Strokes in the Aurora 3000, Aurora 4000, Aurora 5000 and Aurora 6000 configurations. As with other ATS kits, no userend fabrication is needed and the kit is supplied with the required mounting hardware, including the cast pedestal, up-pipes and intake pipes.
The design of the Aurora Turbocharger is more durable and supports towing and upgraded power applications with increased airflow, which surpasses factory turbo output. Often the up-pipes in the factory system can begin to display leaks when the gasket material fails due to drive pressures fed to the turbo. The ATS system remedies this by using leak-free metal gaskets.
