Hypermax Engineering has developed a head gasket kit for the 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Power Stroke trucks. The kit consists of two gasket bodies and eight rings. The gasket bodies are made from perforated steel covered with a graphite composite. The trick to the system is Hypermax's aircraft quality stainless steel combustion rings, which do not require any machine work for installation. Hypermax has tested these gaskets at 500BHP for 40 continuous hours and intermittent runs to 625BHP.
