Part of the joy of owning a big truck is being able to haul stuff around for extracurricular excursions. But loading stuff in and out of your bed can be a hassle. That’s where the Elongator comes in. It’s a total OEM tailgate replacement with a ramp system built right in, with loading ramps that slot directly into the ramp. With the gate down, you can flip out the bed extension to increase the length of the truck bed, or flip a latch and drop the ramp down to a 210-degree angle and attach the ramps to load an ATV, bike, etc. The ramps can attach at various points to accommodate various wheelbases. Elongator also has various accessory modules, such as water cans, gas cans, or gun cases that attach to the gate. The standard version doesn’t infringe on your available bed space at all, since the extra depth goes into the gate itself. We can’t wait to get our hands on one of these! (www.elongator.com)
