September 2016 Duramax, Feature My Truck, Feature DT Staff

My 2006 GMC 2500HD LBZ Duramax has a 6-speed Allison transmission. It has a whole bunch of modifications, such as ARP head studs, aFe cold air intake, AirDog 165 lift pump, AMP Research running boards and RBP grille. It also has a brand-new 3-inch body lift, 7-inch Zone suspension lift with long arm kit, a brand-new front end, full boxline frame, Recon headlights and LED taillights and Recon LED cab lights. There’s a full 4-inch straight pipe to 8-inch MBRP stack, Bushwacker fender flares painted to match, Long John mud flaps, and PPE Standard. Everything sits on 22x14 Fuel Throttle wheels with a 76 offset and an ECD Custom Rim Wrap to protect them from salt, wrapped in 40x15.5 Toyos. In the future, I want to add an SDP twin turbo kit, ATS differential covers and some traction bars.
