Bully Dog’s new BDX Performance Tuner might just become the new industry standard for tuning. They claim that it’s the world’s first autonomous tuning device. In practical terms, that means that it performs the tuning function wirelessly, without the need for wired PC or USB connections. The BDX acquires every file it needs using a Wi-Fi connection during the install process (called Cloud Tune Delivery). From then, it receives any necessary updates over the air, which should constantly keep it up to date.
That’s a pretty good sell! But aside from that pretty obvious selling point, it’s also got a nice, sleek design, a color display with physical buttons (who would have thought that PHYSICAL BUTTONS would be a selling point, but here we are), capacity for up to 10 custom tunes, a diagnostic tool, and data logging and monitoring.
